This job involves helping to run fitness programs at military gyms on Fort Drum, including planning workouts, teaching exercise techniques, and supporting the well-being of soldiers and their families.
It's a hands-on role in a recreational setting focused on physical conditioning like aerobics, strength training, and flexibility.
A good fit would be someone with experience in basic fitness programs and a passion for motivating others to stay active.
This posting may fill positions at Atkins, Monti, and/or Magrath Physical Fitness Centers. Join our team at the Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) at Fort Drum.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: work experience monitoring/executing/managing a basic physical fitness program, AND currently have (or will have PRIOR to the start of employment) a Fitness or Personal Trainer Certificate.
