Job Description

Summary

This job is about working in a recreation center on a U.S.

Army base in Germany, where you'll help visitors have a good time by checking out gear, teaching activities, and organizing events like tournaments or social gatherings.

You'll also handle complaints and make sure everyone is safe and satisfied.

Full Job Description

This position is located at USAG Ansbach, MWR, Recreation Centers, Ansbach, Germany. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

Major Duties:

  • In a patron usage facility, circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory.
  • Assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instruction, demonstrating new equipment, teaching classes, etc.
  • Plans, conducts, publicizes and arranges support for special events, social activities, tournaments and related functions.
  • Receives and resolves customer complaints, and provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities and machinery.
