This job involves working as a lifeguard at an outdoor pool on a military base in Okinawa, where you'll monitor swimmers for safety, perform rescues if needed, and enforce pool rules to keep everyone protected.
You'll also help with basic administrative tasks like scheduling and inventory, and assist in cleaning the area.

This position is located at Torii Pool and Waterslide, Torii Station, Okinawa. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Resumes must be two pages (or less).

Possesses and maintains the following certifications: Lifeguard (American Red Cross or nationally recognized equivalent i.e.
Star Guard or Ellis); American Red Cross "Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation for the Professional; CPR for the Professional Rescuer or equivalent (i.e. Star Guard or Ellis); First Aid. 2.
Customer service experience. Highly Desirable: American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor or nationally recognized equivalent i.e.
Star Guard or Ellis Lifeguard Instructor Certification; OR American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor or nationally recognized equivalent i.e. Star Guard or Ellis Water Safety Instructor Certification.
In addition, possess and have the ability to maintain an O2 Administration certification (American Red Cross "Oxygen Administration" or nationally recognized equivalent i.e.
Star Guard or Ellis Oxygen Administration) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification must be obtained within two weeks of reporting for duty. Major Duties:
