Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job is for a lead lifeguard at a recreation area near a military base in Oklahoma, where you'll watch over swimmers, help run swimming lessons and training, and supervise other lifeguards to keep everything safe and organized.
It's a seasonal role ending in September 2026, ideal for someone with lifeguarding experience who enjoys working outdoors in a team setting and has the right safety certifications.
A good fit would be an energetic, responsible person who can handle emergencies and lead a small group.
This position is located at Lake Elmer Thomas Recreation Area. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. This position is SEASONAL Not to exceed 09/30/2026.
