Job Description

Summary

This job involves supporting a team that manages recreational facilities at a U.S.

Army site in Oklahoma, including handling equipment, cleaning spaces, and opening or closing buildings to keep everything running smoothly.

  • Ability to prepare lists for supplies and equipment needs
  • Skills in opening/closing facilities, including securing doors, windows, and security systems

Full Job Description

This position is located at McAlester Army Ammunition Plant in McAlester, OK.. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Resumes must be two pages (or less).

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Demonstrated ability to perform the duties described above.

Must have and retain a valid driver's license Experience must be clearly reflected on resume to receive credit.

In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": At least 1 year of experience cleaning rooms to include quality control inspections.

At least 1 year of experience with customer service and working in a team environment. Applicants who meet Highly Preferred Criteria will be referred to management first. Major Duties:

  • Works as an assistant for the Facilities Operations Team Leader who makes specific assignment, explains policies and procedures and reviews work for quantity and quality of completed projects.
  • Issues/receives recreational equipment to authorized users.
  • Cleans recreation equipment, supplies and facility area.
  • Prepares requirement lists for appropriated and non-appropriated supplies and equipment due to demand or need for replacement items.
  • Opens and /or closes facilities by locking/unlocking doors and windows and assuring security system is operable
