A qualified candidate must possess the following: Possesses directly related work experience that includes the demonstrated ability to operate multiple fitness facilities.
The related work experience must have been equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level.
Highly Desirable: Possession of a Nationally Recognized Basic Fitness Trainer Certification.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": At least 2 years' experience related to fitness facilities and equipment.
Experience providing great customer service. Applicants who meet Highly Preferred Criteria will be referred to management first. Experience must be clearly reflected on resume to receive credit.
