Full Job Description
This position is located at USAG Wiesbaden - MWR, Fitness Center, Wiesbaden, Germany. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Resumes must be two pages (or less).
Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position.
A qualified candidate must possess the following: Experience securing a facility. Experience in issuing equipment to customers.
Must have demonstrated the ability to collect fees (ex: registration for trip, payment of rented equipment etc.). Ability to monitor inventory (ex. Supplies, equipment, etc.).
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Have experience using the RecTrac point of sale system.
Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle. Applicant meeting the Best Qualifying Criteria/Highly Preferred will be referred to the hiring manager.
All other qualified applicants will be referred if requested by the hiring manager. Claimed experience must be verifiable through your resume. Assumptions will not be made. Major Duties:
- Cleans recreation equipment, supplies and facility area. Operates equipment and performs self-help maintenance on facilities and equipment.
- Prepares work order for maintenance which cannot be completed by self-help.
- Collects applicable fees for items issued, accounts for monies collected safeguards funds and makes daily bank deposits.
- Conducts surveillance of total facility and reports any unusual findings to supervisor
- Pre-checks and prepares equipment for customers, explains use, and monitors proper usage.
