About the position: This position is located at the ITT (Information, Tickets and Tours) office on RAF Lakenheath. This position requires shift work to provide coverage on days, evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations. Scheduled hours will be 0-40 per week with no minimum guarantee.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social).
You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience: Ability to safeguard and handle cash. Must have prior experience with Microsoft computer programs such as Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Tour experience is desirable, however, no specific tour experience is required.
Major Duties:
Types of duties are limited to include non-specialized, pre-organized and programmed day tours and programmed contracted Continental Group Tours.
Takes bookings and payments for tours, including preparing all necessary booking forms and tickets necessary for the same: arranges theater bookings, sells various resale tickets for local attractions, notifies participants of scheduled changes, posts announcements of scheduled activities and answers inquiries about localized and pre-organized Continental Group Tours, orders brochures, prepares tour escort paperwork and boxes, prepares daily deposit and paperwork.
Examines, verifies and analyzes a variety of documents to determine their mathematical correctness, validity, and clerical accuracy.
Documents may include purchase orders, invoices, cashiers daily reports, etc. Collects and prepares daily deposits.
Performs distro run twice a day and picks up administrative forms associated with ITT. Makes one daily deposit to central cashier. Performs other related duties as assigned.
