About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Arts & Crafts Center on Dover Air Force Base.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social).
You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience: Must have experience or practical knowledge of equipment and procedures. Knowledge of computer graphics or basic art layout is desired.
Must have experience in using hand tools and simple mechanical equipment. Must have the ability to perform common math problems. Frequently stands, bends, stoops, and crawl.
Must be able to frequently lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds. Must satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical. Must satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check/with Inquiries.
Major Duties:
Assists in the operation of the Engraving Shop. Receives orders for custom printing, and engraving. Receives and properly completes order forms. Ensures payment for merchandise and or services.
Collects, safeguards, and deposits fees received from customers. Conducts periodic inventory and ensures inventory levels are adequate to prepare orders. Stocks merchandise received.
Assists in the operation of the following equipment, class 4 Laser Engraver. Computerized engravers, large format printers, heat press/seal press, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
Provides classroom instruction to include but not limited to general arts and crafts. Will maintain all equipment. Keep work area neat and clean.
