About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Prairie Ridge Golf Course.
Must meet the appropriate minimum age requirement; 21 or order for working with and/or serving alcoholic beverages. This is a SEASONAL POSITION (March-November). Mostly afternoons, nights and weekends.
Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors. ???????This is a flexible work schedule with no minimum guaranteed hours; however you may work up to 40 hours. Who May Apply: Open to everyone.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social).
You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience: Practical knowledge of recreational golf activities, rules, and procedures.
Ability to safeguard and handle cash and skill in the use and maintenance of various golf equipment and facilities Experience that demonstrates accuracy with money and cash registers and customer service skills.
Must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings. Must speak, read and write English. Must meet the appropriate minimum age requirement for working with and/or serving alcoholic beverages.
Major Duties:
Sells merchandise, performs cash and change transactions, answers phones and schedules tee times. Ensures golf carts are secure at the close of business and makes carts available for customers.
Picks up balls on the driving rage. Ensures food is available to customers, for example: places hot dogs in steamers, fills condiment bottles.
Informs pro shop manager of needed supplies and special order requests. Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors.
