Summary

Full Job Description

This position is located at USAG Italy - MWR, Ederle Fitness Center, Vicenza, Italy. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Open Continuous position: First Cutoff 11-Mar-2026.

Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. Major Duties:

  • In a patron usage facility, circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory.
  • Receives and resolves customer complaints.
  • Provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities, and machinery.
  • Assists in the use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instruction, demonstrating new equipment, teaching classes, etc.
