Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading real estate projects for the Navy, such as acquiring land, managing contracts, and ensuring everything follows laws and budgets.
You'll guide teams through complex deals, monitor progress, and deal with developers to get the best sites for military needs.

You will serve as a Realty Specialist in the Real Estate Department of NAVAL FAC ENGR CMD EUROPE SW ASIA.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Leading project teams, monitoring technical progress, and meeting established milestones; 2) Interpreting laws, regulations and policies to effect good business decisions and successful project execution; 3) Developing and maintaining project criteria, schedules and budgets in conformance with project and customer requirements; and 4) Preparing contractual documents to ensure that Congressional, environmental, and administrative constraints on project scope and cost are not exceeded or violated.
