Base salary range: $26,979 - $35,074

This National Guard position is for a HR Specialist (Military), Position Description Number D1094000 and is part of the HSC 157 MEB, Wisconsin Army National Guard.
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Administrative or clerical experience, education, or training which demonstrates the candidate's ability to perform the duties of the position.
Experience using computer and automation systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: To qualify for the GS-0303-07 level, applicant must have at least 18 months experience in the interpretation and application of regulations, procedures or laws.
Experience that provided a thorough knowledge of administrative functions. Experience utilizing research tools. Experience providing guidance and setting priorities. Major Duties:
As a READINESS TECHNICIAN - Title 32, GS-0303-8, you will provide technical expertise and guidance for all military personnel assigned in the HSC 157th MEB.
You will be primarily responsible for managing and processing a wide array of personnel actions, including promotions, awards, evaluations, reassignments, separations, and disciplinary actions.
Operating and managing various human resources information systems, such as the Integrated Personnel and Pay System - Army (IPPS-A), and ensuring the accuracy of data within these systems.
