Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team to plan, integrate, and oversee programs that keep a Navy base running smoothly, including manpower, operations, and readiness efforts.
It requires coordinating with various government levels and analyzing data to improve performance.
A good fit would be someone with strong leadership experience in military or government planning, who enjoys strategic problem-solving and team management.
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INSTALLATION PLANS PROGRAMS AND READINESS INTEGRATOR at a Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Installation of NAS PATUXENT RIVER.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing comprehensive plans, strategies and policy that drive internal and external integration of programs and activities in support of higher echelon goals and objectives; 2) Integrating short-term and long-range planning and execution of installation programs, financial, manpower readiness, operations and program performance; 3) Analyzing program performance data to make recommendations for improvement; 4) Applying fact-finding and work measurement techniques, data collection, and analysis to conduct studies; and 5) Supervises/advises civilian personnel in matters of human resource issues, and acts as an intermediary to base leadership.
