This job involves helping out at outdoor pools during the summer and extended seasons by managing locker rooms, cleaning facilities, and assisting guests and staff at City events.
It's a hands-on role focused on keeping areas tidy and secure while providing friendly service.
A good fit would be someone reliable, physically able, who enjoys working with people and doesn't mind varying shifts including nights and weekends.
Checks in and out swimmers' clothing.Operates the locker room, cleans, and maintains the lobby, restroom, dressing rooms, and other areas of the bathhouse as directed.Cleans weight and lifeguard rooms.Takes out trash.Secures property for overnight.Performs related duties and fulfills responsibilities as required.
Qualifications Formal or informal education or training which ensures the ability to read and write at a level necessary for successful job performance.
Unless otherwise stated, applicants are permitted to substitute two years of related full-time experience for one year of higher education or one year of related higher education for two years of experience in order to meet the minimum requirements of the job.
One year of full-time experience is defined as 30 or more hours worked per week for 12 months.
One year of higher education is defined as 30 credit hours completed at an accredited college or university.
