Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900
Typical requirements: Executive-level leadership experience. Senior executive qualifications required.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This role serves as the main contact for people asking questions about workers' compensation and other agency matters, while creating and sharing information through publications, websites, social media, and presentations.
It involves building connections with government officials, monitoring news, and helping promote the agency's programs.
A good fit would be someone with strong writing and communication skills, who is organized, empathetic, and comfortable working with the public and teams in a government setting.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field or any combination of experience and education.
