This job involves leading family support and recreational programs for military personnel and their families at an Army base in Puerto Rico, including planning activities, managing budgets, and ensuring everything runs smoothly and follows rules.
A good fit would be someone with strong leadership experience in community or recreation services, especially in a military or government setting, who enjoys organizing events and handling team oversight.
This position is located at Salinas, Puerto Rico. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Resumes must be two pages (or less).

A qualified candidate must possess the following: One year of specialized experience directly related to the duties described above.
Qualifying experience must have been equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for a Director FMWR. Experience must reflect multiple FMWR program work.
Highly Preferred: Possess a minimum of two (2) years experience developing and managing a NAF budget to include demonstrated ability to determine resource needs and allocation of resources of both APF and NAF requirements and analysis of financial data.
