Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

This job involves leading and coordinating plans, programs, and readiness efforts for Navy installations, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with broader goals.
It requires overseeing daily business activities, analyzing performance data, and making recommendations to improve efficiency.

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INSTALLATIONS PLANS PROGRAMS AND READINESS INTEGRATOR in the Commander Navy Installation Command of NAVSTA GTMO.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Developing comprehensive plans, strategies and policy that drive internal and external integration of programs and activities in support of higher echelon goals and objectives; 2) Integrating short-term and long-ranger planning and execution of installation programs, financial, manpower readiness, operations, and program performance; 3) Analyzing program performance data to make recommendations for improvement; and 4) Applying fact finding and work measurements techniques, data collection, and analysis to conduct studies.
