About the Position: Serve as Chief, Military Project Management Branch and provide comprehensive life-cycle project management and technical services for the District's functions in planning, design, and construction management for its designated missions.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes1) Provide a life-cycle project management and technical service in supporting the execution of planning, design, and construction management of assigned program missions; (2) Develop plans and programs and assemble criteria for the successful execution and life cycle Project Management within the framework of District's policy, directives, and regulations; (3) Providing technical advice and support to customers and other offices, including higher authority, on the execution of a Civil Works programs and projects.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
