Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the NSMA. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: Leading and molding highly challenging and innovative programs and/or program segments; Addressing difficult problems in advancing technology and research; Engaging with a wide variety of Science and Technology (S&T) experts; Establishing and implementing effective processes for monitoring and assessing the quality and progress of a program's research efforts.
