You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the LIFE CYCLE PLANNING DEPARTMENT of CARRIER PLANNING ACTIVITY.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing program requirements and activities (e.g.
cost, schedule, contracts, performance reporting, logistics, budget) to ensure successful execution throughout a ships acquisition lifecycle.
