Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

This job involves leading and coordinating international defense programs for the Navy, focusing on planning, resource management, and working with global partners to meet project goals.

Ideal candidates have a background in government or defense project management and strong communication skills.
You will serve as a Program Manager in the SYSCOM Security Cooperation Department of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Communicating with International partners via written and oral communications for the purpose of establishing requirements and executing programs.
2.) Demonstrating understanding of Cooperative programs to include the development and management of Memorandum of Agreements and Project Arrangements.
3.) Working with the defense acquisition and program execution to include development of Statements of Work and the contractual procurement process.
