Meets with referred clients to complete the BabyNet eligibility evaluation and determination process within the required timeframes established.
Enters information into the system of record to process eligibility decisions. Completes the transfer of eligible children to the appropriate ongoing service coordination providers.
Adheres to HIPAA, and all federal and state laws regarding privacy, accountability, and reporting instances of lack of compliance properly and timely.
Maintains a professional demeanor and communication style, ensuring that communication and interactions with co-workers, supervisors, and beneficiaries is clear, polite, and concise.
Participates in customer service and privacy training.
Does not breach or otherwise disclose confidential agency, beneficiary, or personnel information and uses appropriate and secured methods of communicating confidential information.

Knowledgeable of early childhood development. Effective communication and organizational skills.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with inter and intra agency staff and public and private groups. Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Should exemplify professionalism at all times and contribute to good teamwork practices and overall success of the Division.
Should be able to gather information, identify a need, make decisions, and respond appropriately. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsible for adhering to all applicable federal, state, Departmental, Federal Education Record Protection ACT (FERPA), and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) rules and regulations.
