This job involves working as a program analyst in the Navy's international office, where you'll handle policies on sharing military technology and information with foreign partners, develop guidelines for secure collaborations, and ensure everything aligns with U.S.

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Navy International Programs Office.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Ability to provide representation on organizational and program matters/issues to all levels of interest both internal and external to the organization; knowledge of Department of Navy systems, programs, and relevant organizations; knowledge of international affairs with regard to security cooperation; knowledge of policies and procedures governing the disclosure of classified military information and the transfer of defense articles and services to foreign governments and international organizations.
