Job Description

Summary

Full Job Description

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Navy International Programs Office.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Ability to provide representation on organizational and program matters/issues to all levels of interest both internal and external to the organization; knowledge of Department of Navy systems, programs, and relevant organizations; knowledge of international affairs with regard to security cooperation; knowledge of policies and procedures governing the disclosure of classified military information and the transfer of defense articles and services to foreign governments and international organizations.

  • You will serve as a technical authority regarding Technology Security and Foreign Disclosure policy development activities
  • You will develop foreign disclosure and technology transfer procedures, providing guidance and instruction, performing program evaluation, and developing disclosure policy and other Technology Security and Foreign Disclosure-related activities
  • You will manage or support the development or implementation of other international armaments cooperation or security cooperation efforts.
  • You will leverage expertise in DoD/DON acquisition, contracting, and tech transfer/foreign disclosure laws to manage international Security Cooperation programs.
  • You will analyze, coordinate, and recommend solutions and revisions to DoD, DON, and Navy IPO policies, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
