Base salary range: $104,604 - $135,987
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-13. Senior expert or supervisor.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading the Navy's community outreach efforts, managing public relations programs, and advising on media and entertainment projects that involve the Navy.

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PUBLIC AFFAIRS SPECIALIST in the Office of the Chief of Information (CHINFO) of CHINFO WASHINGTON DC.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in and knowledge of public affairs policies and regulations as they pertain to the community relations and outreach.
Experience in and skills in communication principles, methods, practices and techniques; analytical methods and interpersonal relations practices.
Experience in and knowledge for recommending strategies and establishing standards for development, evaluation, and assessment of all of the Community Outreach Programs.
