This position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services, headquartered in Washington, District of Columbia.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR You must have one year of specialized experience to successfully perform the duties of the position.
To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Analyzes program performance data to identify systemic strengths and deficiencies.
Plans and leads complex management and acquisition program studies to address operational needs, Interprets federal acquisition regulations to assess program compliance.
Evaluates program effectiveness using established performance measures. Conducts stakeholder assessments to identify service requirements and improve program delivery.
