Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

You will serve as a Program Analyst (Data and Analytics) in the Fleet Data and AI Office of COMMANDER US FLEET FORCES COMMAND.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience developing effective data management practices at the organization level and aligning with enterprise-level data governance principles.
Experience partnering with internal and external organizations to define and document business requirements for new metrics and data visualizations.
Experience in design and implementation of use cases, data collection, data storage/retrieval, data manipulations/synthesis/modeling, data analysis and pattern recognition using Navy data sources and AI toolsets Experience using quantitative techniques, programming languages (like Python or R), and data visualization tools (e.g.
