Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university AND Must have experience as a manager/supervisor responsible for establishing work plans and/or directly supervising a staff of subordinates.

This announcement provides the opportunity for a reassignment/promotion to the Data Analytics Manager position within the Research and Insights Solution Center (RISC), Analytics Development and Delivery Directorate, located in Arlington VA.

As a Data Analytics Manager, you will spearhead a high-impact technical team dedicated to supporting the oversight of the Postal Service.

You will lead the charge in using data and advanced analytics to uncover fraud, waste, and abuse by transforming complex operational and desperate data into actionable investigative and audit insights.

By overseeing the development of sophisticated dashboards and models, you will empower, inform, and facilitate our oversight activities.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Direct all activities for a specialized analytics team focused on detecting fraud, waste, and abuse within Postal Service operations.

Technical Oversight: Manage the end-to-end creation of advanced analytical reports and interactive products using cutting-edge technology.

Insight Delivery: Translate complex datasets and business processes into clear, visual narratives that drive results for investigative and audit teams.

This position is being advertised at the Manager Band level, equivalent to a GS-14. The salary range for this position is $150,610.00 - $193,790.00. The salary figures include locality pay.
