Full Job Description
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES) of MARFORRES NOLA.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector administering automotive and/or material handling equipment fleets.
This includes the development and administration of Fleet Management programs by evaluating requirements to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of organizational non-tactical vehicle operations, accountability, forecasting and budgeting, and analyzing problems while ensuring standards are within regulatory and budgetary restrictions.

- You will serve as the Program Analyst accomplishing budget formulations, trend analysis, and execution evaluations of all Real Property funding requirements.
- You will develop and issue guidance to, and coordinate with MARFORRES G-4 Operations Officer in the development of quarterly and annual budgets and budget estimates.
- You will monitor the use and rate of expenditure of all Fleet Management funds.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for projecting GSA funding requirements.
- You will identify and validate Responsible Individual (RI) proper procedures in maintaining records ensuring their GSA vehicles are audit ready.
