You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the SPECIAL ASSISTANTS BRANCH of NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Evaluating and reviewing operational processes and procedures of the incentive pay programs; 2) Applying regulations and policies to provide program guidance to administrative support personnel and leadership; 3) Assisting in the preparation of briefs on existing, new, or updated policies; and 4) Communicating effectively, orally and in writing, to interact with leadership and personnel at all levels.
