Summary

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-03 (GS-13 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing complex systems and schedules, strong communication and coordination skills, or a background in acquisition and life-cycle management for advanced systems.

  • You will serve as a management advisor using high-level of discernment and judgment to address a wide variety of interrelated subject matter that include financial, contractual, programmatic, or other program office focus areas.
  • You will attend high level meetings as a senior authoritative representative of acquisition programs.
  • You will provide a wide range of substantive oral and written presentations and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will develop and implement overall program requirements based on new or revised legislation.
  • You will analyze and evaluate effectiveness of program requirements throughout the lifecycle.
  • You will make determinations on resources to accomplish program objectives and apply technical expertise to various levels or operations.
  • You will develop and implement improvement and efficiency strategies for programming, budgeting and procurement based on findings from key program specialists and analyst.
  • You will perform program reviews and recommend improvements to production and programmatic deficiencies.
  • You will identify and facilitate potential solutions and evaluate technical, cost, and schedule implications of each viable solutions.
  • You will work with complex software and hardware-intensive development programs, relevant areas of technology evolution, modernization, capability improvements and ship modernization and maintenance to meet specific requirements.
  • You will manage program and risk management associated PEO IWS platform projects including requirements development, system integration and testing and evaluation.
  • You will oversee the administration of contracts, award of new contracts and establish budget priorities.
  • You will identify problems, develop solutions, communicate and aggressively implement actions plans to deliver capability in a fast-paced environment is essential.
