Job Description

Summary

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading or managing cross-functional teams and applying knowledge of materiel logistics, DoD transportation, and software-enabled solutions to ensure effective program delivery.

  • You will serve as a senior analyst, evaluator, and advisor to leadership, assessing how effectively agencies and their components execute assigned functions.
  • You will provide expert recommendations to enhance operational performance.
  • You will coordinate and liaise with internal and external customers at conferences, briefings, and meetings to solidify command/naval positions, to persuade management, or to accept controversial changes.
  • You will provide objectively based information for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of agency operations.
  • You will coordinate with stakeholders at conferences, briefings, and strategic meetings, influencing decision-making, advocating for command positions, and facilitating acceptance of data-driven recommendations, even in contentious scenarios.
  • You will design and implement centralized planning functions that ensure consistent guidance and alignment with program objectives.
  • You will promote best practices and strategic coherence across customer directives.
  • You will contribute to the formulation and execution of policies involving multiple stakeholders by applying advanced analytical methodologies to identify systemic issues and generate actionable insights that support program goals.
  • You will deliver expert analysis and reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of internal and external operations by using data-driven approaches to inform planning and continuous improvement.
  • You will evaluate program performance and oversee the implementation of program requirements by applying expertise in materiel management, DoD transportation processes, and cross functional coordination to ensure programs meet objectives.
