Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves acting as a senior advisor and analyst for a Navy program, where you'll evaluate how well teams and operations are running, provide recommendations to improve them, and work with various groups to make sure everything aligns with key goals.
It's a role focused on planning, coordinating, and using data to solve problems in logistics and program delivery.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading or managing cross-functional teams and applying knowledge of materiel logistics, DoD transportation, and software-enabled solutions to ensure effective program delivery.
