Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves overseeing the construction and overhaul of ballistic missile submarines, specifically the COLUMBIA Class, by managing schedules, coordinating resources, and resolving issues to keep projects on track.
You'll act as a key expert and project manager, working closely with government and contractor teams to ensure high-quality, timely completion.

You will serve as a PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (SHIPS) in the Ballistic Missile Submarine Design and Construction project Office of SUPSHIP.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing production control functions (i.e., preparing work packages, scheduling work, coordinating resources) to plan and accomplish the overhaul of ship systems.
