Summary
This job involves maintaining and fixing lawn irrigation systems at a military base in New Jersey, such as repairing sprinklers, pipes, and valves to keep the grounds watered properly.

- Makes repairs by removing, cleaning, replacing and sealing defective parts of lawn irrigation systems.
- Repairs/replaces sprinkler heads, piping, valves, couplings and other associated parts to include automatic control timers.
- Measures, cuts and threads pipe, bending sections to desired curvature and assembling for installation.
- Maintains adequate supply of repair parts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
