Requirements

As a Plumber 1 you will provide skilled work as a journeyman level in the Weld and Plumbing shops at Warren State Hospital, work from written and oral orders, blueprints, and sketches, and display considerable knowledge of tools, materials, methods, and safety precautions. You will work all areas in the Maintenance Department as needed.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
  • Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
  • Overtime and travel as operationally necessary
  • FREE parking!

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • Three years of experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing components and fixtures; or
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.


Special Requirements:

  • You must be in possession of an active motor vehicle license.
