  • Bachelor's degree in any major
  • For Analyst 9 level: No specific professional experience required
  • For Analyst 10 level: One year of professional experience
  • For Analyst P11 level: Two years of professional experience, including one year equivalent to intermediate (10) level in state service
  • Skills in process improvement, reengineering, performance enhancement, meeting facilitation, and strategic planning
  • Ability to attach cover letter, resume, and transcripts (required to avoid screening out)
  • No use of AI software in application or selection process

Full Job Description

This Performance Consultant position functions as a process reengineering facilitator in the Regulatory Effectiveness Office, Organizational Performance Section, within LARA. This position is responsible for the development and delivery of Process Improvement/Reengineering, Performance improvement, meeting facilitation and strategic planning efforts.

Requirements

Education
Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.

Experience

Departmental Analyst 9
No specific type or amount is required.

Departmental Analyst 10
One year of professional experience.

Departmental Analyst P11
Two years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the intermediate (10) level in state service.

Qualifications

Departmental Analyst 9 - 12 
Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school and the equivalent of at least two years of full-time active-duty experience at or above the E-6 level in the uniformed services may be substituted for the education requirement.
