Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading the evaluation of contractors who handle facility maintenance tasks like repairs, cleaning, and grounds care for the Navy's public works department.
You'll review their performance data, create assessment plans, and manage government property used in these contracts.
It's a good fit for someone with experience in contract oversight and facility management who enjoys analyzing data and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
You will serve as a LEAD PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT REPRESENTATIVE in the PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT of NAVFAC NORTHWEST.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducting contract performance reviews; 3) Evaluating key personnel and quality and safety programs; 4) Reviewing monthly contractor performance data provided by senior level management; 5) Serving as a subject matter expert in facility/utility management, repair, and related supported services such as preventative maintenance, pest control, janitorial, and grounds maintenance; and 6) Planning and coordinating the procurement, surveillance, control and disposition of Government-furnished and Contractor-acquired property in the custody support contractors.
