You will serve as a PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT REPRESENTATIVE in the ???????Naval Facilities Engineering Command ofNAV FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND SE .
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of SPECIALIZED experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Applying performance assessment methodology to evaluate a wide range of contract work pertaining to diverse and hazardous operations peculiar to shore-based industrial activities (e.g.
facilities maintenance/repair/alteration; utility systems operation and maintenance, base operations support functions; and electrical safety processes and procedures) against measurable performance standards;2) Assisting in the development of performance assessment contract criteria to evaluate contractor's work performance;3) Reviewing contract funding regulations and requirements to check and balance the availability of funds for open-end contracts to guard against overpayment of contractor invoices;4) Preparing cost analyses to determine the reasonableness of a contractor's proposal for modifications or changed conditions.
