As an Equipment Operator with PennDOT, you will play a vital role in keeping Pennsylvania’s roads safe and reliable year-round.
From plowing snow during winter storms to supporting construction and maintenance projects throughout the county, your work directly impacts the safety and mobility of the traveling public.
In addition to operating heavy equipment, you will perform manual labor, assist with minor equipment repairs, and carry out routine preventative maintenance on trucks and machinery.
