PAYROLL MANAGER-WV PARKWAYS AUTHORITY-KANAWHA CO.
Place of duty: Parkways Authority Charleston Headquarters or any other Parkways facilities as assigned

  • Primary focus is to perform, coordinate and disburse a biweekly payroll through the wvOASIS/Kronos systems.
  • Assist all departments with payroll and timekeeping through the wvOASIS/Kronos systems
  • Annual and Sick leave accruals for all employees.
  • Biweekly Payroll deductions for all employees.
  • Maintain Employee Evaluations & Step Raises.
  • Enroll & Maintain PEIA/Mt. Flexible Benefits.
  • Maintain Christmas Club Accounts.
  • Maintain Credit Union Accounts.
  • Maintain employee evaluations.
  • Upkeep of confidential personnel records.
  • Quarterly Reports (941, unemployment, etc).
  • Garnishments and Child Support payments.
  • Maintain and present a good example.

Qualifications

HS Diploma/ GED required with three years of equivalent experience.
