The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is seeking a full-time Seasonal Park Maintenance Worker to join the team at Shawnee State Park.
In this role, you’ll perform semi-skilled manual work to support the construction, upkeep, and overall maintenance of park grounds and facilities.

In this role, you will perform semi-skilled maintenance and construction work to support the upkeep of Shawnee State Park. You may work independently or assist skilled trades staff to ensure park buildings, grounds, and facilities remain safe, clean, and welcoming for visitors.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
This is a seasonal, full-time position with no healthcare benefits. There is not an option to buy into health care benefits.
The season runs from approximately March 2026 until October 2026 at which time the employee will be placed on leave without pay.
The employee will automatically be returned to employment approximately March 2027.
