Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

You will serve as a Painter Leader (Mixed Trade) in the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Production Department of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Although a specific length of time and experience is not required for most trade and labor occupations, you must show through experience and training that you possess the quality level of knowledge and skill necessary to perform the duties of the position at the level for which you are applying.
Qualification requirements emphasis is on quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time.

The Screen-out Element for this position is: The Ability to Lead or Supervise: 1) Planning the division of workload accordingly, based on the employees' availability, ability, and capability, 2) Reviewing work in progress and upon completion, ensuring that instructions have been properly executed, 3) Ensuring that safety and housekeeping rules are followed.
4) A journeyman level knowledge of at least one of the following trades: rubber worker, sandblaster, or equipment cleaner.
