GS-13: You qualify at the GS-13 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position.
You must have experience performing the following duties: Coordinating with internal and external partners to support HR or administrative functions, manage collaborative projects, and facilitate communication to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Serving as a primary point of contact in one or more administrative program areas, such as HR, position management, staffing, onboarding, performance management, alternate leave, telework, and benefits.
Analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources to design and implement automated solutions, enhancing productivity, data management, and operational efficiency in administrative programs.
Serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to achieve HR and administrative program objectives, including developing, evaluating, analyzing, and interpreting policies to address and resolve challenges.
