This job is for an operations assistant at a recreational facility on a U.S.
Army base in Wisconsin, where you'll handle everyday office tasks like filing, answering calls, preparing reports, and supporting areas such as budgeting and supplies to keep things running smoothly for soldiers and staff.
It's a good fit for someone organized and detail-oriented with basic office experience who enjoys helping in a community-focused military setting.
No advanced degrees are needed, but strong communication and computer skills are key.
This position is located at McCoy's which includes Dining, Sports Bar, Bowling, Recreation and Leisure Activities and Conference and Catering Spaces.
McCoy's Team provides high-quality service and a place to unwind for the Ft McCoy Community. Announcement will a have a first cut office date of February 26, 2026.

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position.
A qualified candidate must possess the following: Basic computer and math skills, and clerical and administrative work experience which indicates the ability to perform the duties described above.
Must be able to type 40 words per minute. Must be highly skilled in written and verbal communication. Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and other software as required.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possess a minimum of one year accounting experience (examples include: knowledge of financial statements, use of accounting software, analyzing/interpreting financial data, etc.) Major Duties:
