Full Job Description

This position is located at Fort Lee, VA - MWR - Business Recreation Division: TenStrike Bowling Center. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

Note: This is an open continuous announcement. Lists with qualified candidates will be referred when requested by hiring managers. This is a "Flexible" position (0-40 hours).

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Be able to lift and carry large items weighing up to 100 pounds.

Possess work experience or training in the use of electrical test equipment and wiring diagrams. Be physically able to work for extended periods of time in cramped and awkward positions. Major Duties:

  • Preforms routine maintenance on mechanical and electrical bowling equipment, components and assemblies.
  • Assists the Bowling Equipment Repairer in making repairs, adjusting equipment and related duties.
  • Adjusts equipment in accordance with guidance provided by and identified potential malfunctions to the Bowling Equipment Repairer.
  • Cleans and maintains the bowling facility by replacing light bulbs, making minor repairs to vacuum cleaners, buffers, ect,: scrubbing. washing, and polishing floors, walls and other surfaces.
  • Assists in stocking, inventory, and related duties in the bowling facility. Performs other duties as assigned.
