The Washington Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and enthusiastic online learning educator to join our Court Education team.
In this role, you’ll help shape the future of learning across Washington State’s court community by designing, developing, and delivering innovative education experiences for both internal and external partners.
You’ll work closely with the Court Education Services (CES) Manager and collaborate with a dynamic team of educators, subject-matter experts, and education committees.
Your work in developing dynamic eLearning courses, demos, educational resources, and more helps create learning environments that are engaging, accessible, and impactful.
This position focuses on curriculum and instructional design, eLearning development, multimedia design, project management, and the deployment of online learning in our learning management system.
It also plays an important part in supporting court customers throughout the state.
While this is not a supervisory role, you’ll have plenty of room to bring your creativity, problem-solving skills, and passion for meaningful learning to a mission-driven environment.

Salary: Range 64: $76,968 - $100,980 per year (DOQ).

WASHINGTON STATE RESIDENCY AND TELEWORK INFORMATION |
AOC requires employees to reside in Washington State. Any exceptions must be approved. If you are invited to interview and currently reside outside of Washington State, seek more information about residency requirements from the AOC hiring manager of this recruitment.
This position requires you to be in the office at least two (2) days per week.
In this role, you will:
A combination of education and experience demonstrating a working knowledge and global understanding of education methodology may substitute for education and/or experience requirements. Directly relevant experience will still be considered even if the years of required experience are not met.

OR
Must be willing to travel. This position may require periodic travel to support programs in various parts of the state for up to one week at a time.
