Summary

This job involves leading the processing of officer applications in the Navy's recruiting command, ensuring all records are accurate and applicants meet eligibility rules, while helping with paperwork and communicating with other offices.

You will serve as a OFFICER PROCESSOR LEAD - HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MIL) in the Navy Recruiting Command at Navy Talent Acquisition Group Northern Plains..

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Reviewing applicant records and processing complex actions; 2) Ensuring applicants meet all basic eligibility and program authorization requirements in accordance with current regulations, policies, and procedures; 3) Providing assistance to applicants regarding forms and documentation; 4) Preparing correspondence and reports, and 4) Managing liaison relationships with other offices and commands, both internal and external to the organization.
