Base salary range: $30,286 - $39,372

This entry-level job involves supporting military human resources by keeping applicant records organized, preparing paperwork and reports, and helping with the naval service application process at a Navy recruiting office in Minnesota.

No advanced degrees are needed, just one year of relevant experience or equivalent education.
You will serve as a Human Resources Assistant (Military) for NRD MINNEAPOLIS.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintaining records to ensure they are accurate and up to date; 2) Using automated systems to perform administrative support functions (i.e.
reviewing information for discrepancies, maintain databases, and preparing reports and correspondence); and 3) Utilizing standard office equipment (i.e., scanners, copiers, fax machines, and office automation systems) to perform a substantial range of office automation support functions.
