This position is located at the SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) - Office of Mental Health, Waccamaw Center for Mental Health, 525 Lafayette Street, Georgetown, SC 29440.This position MAY be eligible for SCOMH Student Loan Repayment to cover some of the cost of your outstanding loan(s) balance associated with the completion of a healthcare degree that is relevant to the appliable position.
As the Mental Health Professional I, under general supervision from the clinic supervisor, provides therapeutic services as a specialist for adults in Georgetown County for Waccamaw Center for Mental Health. Provide intakes, counseling and case management dealing with situations encompassing interpersonal, health and psychosocial factors. Provides crisis diversion services and consultation to individual and or agencies, hospitals and WCMH outpatient department. Provide services to all patients of WCMH Georgetown Clinic.Responsibilities for the Mental Health Professional I :
