Base salary range: $104,604 - $135,987

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading manpower planning and management for Marine Corps installations in a region, including coordinating resources, training, and support services across multiple bases to ensure smooth operations for military personnel and their families.
A good fit would be someone with extensive experience in human resources or program management in a military or large organizational setting, who enjoys strategic oversight and working with diverse teams.
It requires strong leadership skills to advise top officials and handle interconnected areas like logistics and finance.
You will serve as a MANPOWER MANAGER in the G-1 Division of MARINE CORPS BASE.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-14) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate overseeing and executing a manpower management program to include strategic manpower planning and manpower campaign planning as well as directing, coordinating and evaluating manpower management AND exercising staff cognizance over manpower departments of multiple installations or business locations in a region.
